Returning a product
Whatever your reasons, with Delyss you have fourteen (14) days to change your mind.
The product must be returned in its complete and original packaging along with the delivery receipt, within fourteen (14) days from the date of your package receipt.
- Returns of damaged boxes will not be accepted.
- Some products such as gift cards can not be returned.
- In case of an error on our side, you will get a full refund including shipping charges or you can decide to exchange your product if you wish.
To return your item, here are the steps:
1 - Before returning a product, please provide the reason for the return by mail to : email@example.com
2 - Upon reception of your mail, a return form is sent to you by e-mail. Then, you just need to post the package including the return form completed along with the original delivery receipt to the post office of your choice.
Shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item delivered does not comply or presents apparent defects.
Once your return packaged has been received and verified according to Delyss conditions, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the acceptance of the return. Your refund will take place within thirty (30) days upon receipt by Delyss of the returned products.
The refund deadline depends on the bank that issued the credit card. We remind you that the date of the new credit (or repayment) will be the same as the original debit, therefore you shall not be penalized with bank interest.
